When accessing the facilities of the Support Portal it is only necessary to register or login for access to Client Area, Submit or View Tickets, Affiliates and Network Issues. All other elements are publicly accessible.
Please note that client login for the Support Portal is independant from the Joomla log in for this website. Site registration is for offers, limited video access and newsletter updates. Portal registration gives clients access to their hosting and products as well as being able to access their account details, profile and invoices. For your security we ask that you do not make your Joomla login match your Portal login.
