It usually takes 24-72 hours for a domain to fully propagate. At 3Cell Hosting we are noticing that the previous delays in servers updating is becoming less and less. We have seen domains propogate in less than 3 hours!
Most problems with domains not working are a result of the actual domain name being registered elsewhere and the domain name server at that company has been set incorrectly.
